This is not dealership you want to have any kind of business with. My sales rep expressed multiple times he did not care about his job and that his coworkers lied constantly just to close deals. When it came to the paper work he made multiple mistakes and made misleading statements. I struggled for days to get guidance on my lien release letter, leaving countless messages. It got to the point where my registration was about to expire, I had to drive an hour and a half to speak to someone that was willing to help. Only to find out my sales rep was gone and the finance manager was on vacation—information that the receptionist failed to mention. My registration issue was never resolved because they didn’t inform me they needed my lien release letter. They issued a temporary registration, and now my registration is expiring again. I faced the same runaround from reception, and when I finally contacted the VP of finance, I got a vague promise of another temporary registration with no explanation. Overall, this dealership is untrustworthy and deceitful. I encountered apathy, rudeness, and a complete lack of professionalism and accountability from all but one employee. More
