Randy Marion Subaru Mooresville location is the BEST. You guys have never let me down! My whole family has been going there for years and have always had great experiences. I told them I wouldn't mind waiting until my appointment time and they told me not to worry and that they'd get us taken care of, and boy did they! We were out of there in no time! So fast! My verbal concerns were not accurately reflected on service ticket (not by Mark) nor communicated to the techs. When they looked at the car and reported to mgr "no issues" I should have been contacted service ticket (not by Mark) nor communicated to the techs. Instead, I was told the requested service was complete, picked up the car several hours later, hit the highway, and still had uncomfortable vibration and braking issues, resulting in another trip back to service dept the next day and yet more time away from work. Mark stated the issues I originally articulated (vibration at highway speed, shuddering during assertive braking) were confirmed (out-of-balance tireS [recently purchased at this dealer] and warped brake rotors) and addressed. We have experienced a problem with the BSD system on our 2021 Subaru Forester for some time. Mark diagnosed the problem and had a tech adjust the sensor. The problem has been resolved.
