Mark did a good job with my car repair. I was in and out in a reasonable time frame. Since I have Car Shield, I need to let Mark know that since there is another problem that should be co I was in and out in a reasonable time frame. I took my Subaru in for service right after moving here from Southern California. The service department was so thorough and efficient plus Mark went out of his way to help me. It was terrible. Brought my vehicle in to the dealership for a sticking brake caliper back in July after I witness the caliper stuck while changing rotors and pads at Brought my vehicle in to the dealership for a sticking brake caliper back in July after I witness the caliper stuck while changing rotors and pads at my house. When I brought the vehicle in I was told nothing was wrong but it may be due to needing new tires. I purchased new tires outside of the dealership but still had issues with shaking while braking. When I took it back for the second time I was told that my rotors had hot spots on them and needed to be resurfaced. This was after only a few weeks after the first visit. They resurfaced the brakes rotors and stated the shaking may be coming from the rear but said rotors wouldn’t be needed but it maybe a preference to resurface. I drove it for a few days before deciding to replace the rear rotor and pads. After all the above mentioned maintenance I still had shaking and took the vehicle back for a third time. During the third visit I was told my caliper was sticking and I now needed new brakes and rotors and the cost would be ~$2k. I was upset with this because the rotors were only a few months old and I was now being told the thing I originally brought the car in for and was told was fine was now the issue. Not only did the cost bothering me it took me calling the dealership 4 days in a row leaving numerous messages to find out what was wrong or for anyone to tell me what the issues were. After being told the cost I asked to speak with a manager. Getting ahold of Mike the manager took numerous phone calls and messages and about 1 plus weeks. It then took me putting a complaint into Subaru of America for someone to finally call me back. After the complaint with Subaru and finally getting the manager on the phone I was then told my warranty had not been checked and Mike would check then call me back. I never got a call back from Mike for another week or so but then got called by someone at the service counter asking me to schedule an appoint to repair my car in which I had to remind them my car was sitting in their lot. A few days later I was called to come pick my car up after probably 3.5 weeks. Terrible experience More
