Mark and Leo were absolutely amazing. I went late to my appointment and the dealership was closed. Both Mark and Leo stayed later than they needed to and didn’t make me feel bad about it. Had a question about what I thought was a steering issue with my Macan and Denise in service was so accomodating. She had Tom the shop foreman come out and test drive with me.
