The customer service at Eddy's is exceptional. I realize that there is some haggling involved in buying a vehicle, but was disappointed in some of the techniques used by the sales department. Eddy's is lucky to have such great a great salesman and service department because if it was not for our experiences Mark and service we probably would not have purchased this vehicle. More

I recently purchased my second Camry from Eddy's Toyota! I love the Camry! It is a nice ride, and is also dependable and reliable, which is very, very important!! We are really enjoying our Siena. If you have children, or grandchildren forget about the stigma associated with a minivan and try a Siena. You will be surprised!! More

Such great people to work with. We were planning on coming in on a Saturday and I called ahead on the previous Tuesday to see what offers they had available. He said it was the last day for 0% financin coming in on a Saturday and I called ahead on the previous Tuesday to see what offers they had available. He said it was the last day for 0% financing and that would save us a lot of money. When I told him there was just no way we could come down that day, Mark Smith offered to drive the car over an hour to us so we could test drive it. The next day we finished the paperwork. Painless and wonderful experience. Would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I set out one day to look at three different makes of cross-over type vehicles. Eddy's Toyota was my third stop. One of my sons had worked previously with Mark Smith, my son called Mark, and Mark foun cross-over type vehicles. Eddy's Toyota was my third stop. One of my sons had worked previously with Mark Smith, my son called Mark, and Mark found me in the parking lot very shortly after my arrival. I told him what I had already looked at and test driven and he immediately knew I needed to look at the Rav 4. Unfortunately, there was only one on the lot and it was pre-sold. We were able to look at it but not test drive it. The next morning Mark texted me early to tell me the vehicle I was looking for had just come in. I texted back, 'we'll see!'. I couple of hours later I was at Eddy's Toyota to look at this Rav 4 Limited, and a few hours after that I knew I was purchasing this vehicle. Mark is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he shows and I was very impressed with the training he gave me when I took delivery of the vehicle - navigation system, setting up bluetooth, all the audio, etc. I also felt the trade-in value given for my 'old' vehicle was very fair and exactly what I had hoped for.
