Asked me by email following my visit, and ignored me after I responded that I was not happy, Service was too expensive for oil change and tire rotation and the notification "service required" was still after I responded that I was not happy, Service was too expensive for oil change and tire rotation and the notification "service required" was still on. Wow! Mark the service manager went well beyond my expectations. I admit I'm a skeptic. And when I couldn't get my parked 2018 Outback e-brake to release c Mark the service manager went well beyond my expectations. I admit I'm a skeptic. And when I couldn't get my parked 2018 Outback e-brake to release coincidentally just a few days after Concordville's service department had replaced brake pads, I questioned a possible relationship. Yes, I have developed a hard shell from disappointing car repair experiences over many decades. So when I called the service department for help in releasing the brake, I wondered if I would ever really know the truth. Yet instead of giving me saccharine nonsense, Mark came out to my home with a service technician. No flatbed tow necessary! No cost to me. And we all had at least a little bit of a laugh when I discovered that in order to disengage the parking brake there were a few missed necessary steps (having the car turned on, the foot on the brake, etc.). Thank you to Mark and the service technician! I hope at least they were able to pick up coffee on the 15-20 minute drive back to the dealership. More

Mark the service manager went above and beyond to fix an issue with my seat that was out of warranty. He did not give up until the issue was fixed. Concordville Subaru has earned a customer for life. Never owned a used vehicle or a Subaru before. Recently acquired a 2011 Subaru Outback. Have always preferred dealer service so I went to my local Subaru dealer in Concordville. Had a few issues/concerns regarding my first visit. The service manager, Mark, followed up with me. He was wonderful! Very understanding and patient going over everything with me thoroughly. I have already been back for a second visit. Nobody is perfect but very few businesses today seem to want to make an effort to make things right. Mark went above and beyond.... thank you! More
