Scheduled this Toyota Care appointment months ago. Turned out it was inadvertently scheduled for the used care department (!), and thus didn't show up on the TC schedule. This was the first glitch I've ever experienced in my years of coming to Rudy Luther, and Mark handled it with great courtesy, making for a totally satisfactory experience. More
