Whenever I come to this location for service on my car, I always feel like I’m in good hands because the service staff is always incredibly informative and easy to deal with. Even when the information or fee always feel like I’m in good hands because the service staff is always incredibly informative and easy to deal with. Even when the information or feedback I’m receiving is not what I want to hear, it is always delivered professionally and respectfully. I also really appreciated the fact that I was guided to come back for future service whenever possible late on Thursday afternoons because it seems to be a day that is quieter and in this case they were 100% right as I was quoted 60 to 75 minutes and it took less than one hour. This is not the dealership that I leased my vehicle from but I always go there for my service whenever possible because of the way I am treated. I miss visit my service representative was outstanding as usual! More

I brought my van in to have brakes and an oil change done. There were no rotors available so Kevin had them fix my old ones. Kevin matched the price I was quoted on the phone. Thanks Kevin! I had a really nice man give me a ride home in the Toyota service van. He was very kind and talked nice to me and the other lady getting a ride home. The only thing I would change is that I did not get the little sticker in the window telling me when to get my next oil change. I always get that and I rely on it. More
