He quoted a fair price for our trade - (not 5,000 less than what it was worth.) His comment "spot on" was a wonderful start to our discussions. Thorough, - he searched for exactly the car I wanted-even to New York - including navigation and cargo cover and no running boards and, and, and ----- Patient -He gave us the time to think through what was important to us - mostly safety features but also outside color and interior color -and -and ------ Responsive - many times he said -"I can do that" - and then he did it. He arranged for the installation of a 12 volt outlet in cargo space for our plug in appliances. We visited 4 (four) dealerships in our search to update our 2013 Highlander with the safely features that we wanted and all the other little things that we decided we "had to have" All 4 dealerships and salesmen were very nice and tried to sell us cars that they had available.. Lia was the one that went way beyond that and found the car that I wanted. . Lia Toyota of Wilbraham and Mark Poirier were, by far, the best in all aspects of what a salesman and dealership should be as well as giving us a more than fair price. More
