Mark Poirier was fantastic from the minute we walked in to the dealership, looking for a new car. He was very honest, and helpful throughout the entire process. Made buying a car so easy. Had a few hiccups because of the finance department not having us sign the correct documents, but mark was right on top of it, and got everything straightened out immediately. Mark Poirier was vey knowledgeable and courteous and always strived to give the best customer service. Mark was able to offer me a vehicle that was comparable to the one I ordered nearly two months earl always strived to give the best customer service. Mark was able to offer me a vehicle that was comparable to the one I ordered nearly two months early and had the vehicle prepared for me to drive home the day after it was offered. I also appreciated the honesty of the dealership when pricing the vehicle- they did not price gouge like many other dealerships in the area. I fully recommend this dealership if your looking to buy new or used. Five stars all day long! More

By the time I got disconnected 4 times amd got through to someone the person kept saying we aren’t swapping this car with another dealer I was just calling to see if it was available. I bought new car not even month ago and i had problems with car to startup then I called to showroom lia Toyota Wilbraham and they told me to call Toyota roadside Assitance to toe my car and next day only with car to startup then I called to showroom lia Toyota Wilbraham and they told me to call Toyota roadside Assitance to toe my car and next day only my car got repaired and i have had very bad experience of customer service with Toyota Wilbraham....I want to give very poor rating of customer service and even manager is very rude to me while I asked for some favors from them as this is new car with less then a month i got problems and because of that I missed my work....no compensation and not even good service👎 More
