They were great to work with and very transparent. It was not an exhausting or terrible experience as we often anticipate when we venture off to buy a car. Everything was going smoothly until the car arrived but the title and temporary plates were not with the vehicle (we had the car delivered). It took an extra two days to get the paperwork necessary to drive it. Again, there were friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive, overall. This was the only hiccup. I asked for some type of compensation for this error but they said they could do nothing. Overall, great experience but just make sure you ask about your documents. More
