Did you ever have a perfect experience at a car dealership? We did! My Husband, our granddaughter and I went to Subaru to check out their new cars because I had searched all sites on SUV's and th dealership? We did! My Husband, our granddaughter and I went to Subaru to check out their new cars because I had searched all sites on SUV's and they kept coming out on top of the ratings, especially on Safety features. In the past 15 years we have owned 7 Toyotas, one Ford Focus and a Lexus, and our granddaughter was already set up to purchase a VW Taos, but came with us because she wanted her Papa to go across the street with her to complete her deal with VW. Well...... we were greeted by a very nice young salesman, Mark Ogden..... and it was all a great, informative and comfortable experience from there! He had the cars brought to us and showed us every car color, every interior, every difference in design and option that we were interested in, without walking out all over the lot. In less time than we have EVER spent at a dealership buying new cars in the past, we ordered a Subaru Crosstrek and a Forester (2 of the 3) 2022's that were coming in Feb. Bye bye VW. The knowledge Mark had, his great disposition and non-pushy demeanor made this our BEST experience ever! More
