Total shock as to how easy the process of trading and then buying our new Cross-trek Sport... Trust me... I have bought hundreds of vehicles and this was the most amazing and simplest process by far. Wha then buying our new Cross-trek Sport... Trust me... I have bought hundreds of vehicles and this was the most amazing and simplest process by far. What amazed me the most was the transparency of the dealership, and none of those ridicules markups! Many dealers that we looked at all wanted additional markups and these add-on packages of nothing but price gouging. The price that was on the window sticker was the price… period… That’s right… no “ADM” sticker… Our trade was more than fair and equitable. The typical all day process took less than 2 hours… Mark was great to work with and answered all and any questions. Mark made sure we understood what we were getting and the process of getting what we wanted. “WAIT”… They actually had the vehicle in stock and not listed as “In Transit”… When you go to the Dealership and see that they are a 7 time award winning Subaru Dealership… I completely understand why…!!! Buying a quality automobile should always be a simple process, and it was and more. If you are reading this and you are in the market for an All Wheel Drive versatile vehicle… Then stop reading and head to Subaru of Jacksonville, tell them Chris sent you and experience “A better way to buy”… More

They also stood strong on their word that the car would likely arrive early, to which it did in perfecting timing, allowing me to finally drive an AWD car for the first time to a metal detecting conference! This is my first Subaru and I am so happy with my decision. I have the 2022 Crosstrek Sport. 10/10 would recommend. <3 More
