I found the sales person to be friendly and informative. I initially worked with the Service Dept when I purchased my Ford and found them to be helpful and efficient. However, the one time I dealt with the Quick Lane people was terrible. I had such a bad experience with them that I went to the Service people (Mitch Sperling) who was extremely helpful. Since that time I only deal with the Service Dept (John Kaiser) when any service is needed. More
