We were sent over from Katy Automotive for ABS computer issues. We called Larry on Tuesday 1/14 at 3pm and was told wait to bring it to Wednesday morning and we could be out in a couple hours. We came Wednesday morning at 7:30am and Mario said he would call with update either Wednesday evening or Thursday morning. I heard nothing. I called on Thursday morning at 9am and spoke to Mark, who said it hadn't been looked at and would have Mario call me, after lecturing me that "everyone has a story and my story isn't more special." because I explained I was calling because my college student needed to leave so I just needed to know if we needed to make other arrangements. I called back again that evening at 4 and left another message for Mario and again heard nothing. Friday morning, I arrive to pick up the car to take it somewhere else because still no communication from Mario. He then tells me the was looked at the previous evening but late. Laye for whom? My phone works 24 hours. He tells me it is a $3500 fix. No thank you! Then I have to wait 40 minutes for the paperwork to checkout. This experience was extremely unprofessional. Add to that they called me within an hour of drop off to ask if I wanted to sell them my car for a whopping $600. I already had bad experiences with Mac Haik that I should have sued them for. They forged my signature on some auto documents to sell a car that we were thinking of trading in and then when we said we didn't want the offer, they said the car was already sent yo auction. I had never stepped foot in the dealership and the car was in my name so how did you do a sell without my signature. When the documents were reviewed, they were all fake signatures by someone there. They gave me $500 for my troubles. I was very young at the time, but sad to see the shady practices and bad service haven't changed. More

We were traveling and started having issues. The service department got us in immediately and checked our vehicle out. Although there was no issues found the dealership did not charge us anythin The service department got us in immediately and checked our vehicle out. Although there was no issues found the dealership did not charge us anything and even washed our vehicle. Great service great people. More
