I’ve had very few positive experiences here, some people are super nice and helpful but the bulk are rude and not helpful. That being said, the bigger problem seems to be Stellantis. Following the sale of the truck. No one wanted to stand behind their word. We were told the paperwork would be at the courthouse within 10 days. It took 21 days and multiple calls to get the paperwork sent to the courthouse. We also were given a generic key that was not keyed to our truck, and we had to argue in order to get a second key after we proved the first key given to us was generic and not keyed. We did not receive the locking lug nut key. Their solution was to change all the lug nuts to chrome instead of the dark matching that came with the truck since they were unable to locate a lug nut key. The only person who was truthful was the salesman Mario. More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. after purchasing my brand new 2023 dodge challenger in June of this year, about 3 months in a crack on my windshield appeared over night with no poin after purchasing my brand new 2023 dodge challenger in June of this year, about 3 months in a crack on my windshield appeared over night with no point of impact. After doing a lot of research I came across tons of other owners with the same make and model as me who had the exact same issue at the exact same time frame/mileage. My warranty states that windshields ARE COVERED for up to 5,000 miles/a year. I am within that time frame. The dealership did not even want to acknowledge all the proof of others having this same issue. There are even brand new models of this car still sitting on dealership lots, barely driven with the same exact issue. After being persistent I finally was able to get this dealership to file a claim thru Mopar. 3 weeks have gone by and I was not notified either way what the status of my claim was. We called today and they said it was denied. THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR SENSE OF URGENCY IN LETTING ME KNOW THIS BRIAN. Had I not checked in I would never know. I am going to file a claim thru Mopar myself, as I know others with this problem were able to get it resolved with no cost to them. This is clearly a factory install issue of some sort if multiple people with the same year, make, model and mileage have this issue. But they all seem to have issues with the dealerships themselves. RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I know you guys rely on reviews and I will make sure to put this everywhere to help save others the trouble. More
