Mark was able to direct us into a vehicle based on a short discussion. His knowledge of the Honda vehicles and the process for purchasing was the deciding factor to buy that day. I appreciate the way I was never pressured when I needed more time to wait and make decisions. Communication remained intact, but not pushy. I felt Mark was very patient and understanding. I was sold a “new” car that after I signed the papers was told it had 138 miles on it. It had “Alex’s” phone paired to it. I declined a test drive but shouldn’t have had to investigate the car myself. The ba told it had 138 miles on it. It had “Alex’s” phone paired to it. I declined a test drive but shouldn’t have had to investigate the car myself. The back rear interior window needed a needed a deep clean despite the dealer “ taking it to clean it” while I was waiting for financing. Financing took over an hour to hand over a check. My husband who had to wait with me was not happy. I was told about car doc a maintenance service that comes with the car for the first year by financing not the salesperson. I had wanted my new car to have blind spot monitoring and remote start and this car did not have these things. Overall I feel like the salesperson failed me. I got a used car at the new car price. More

Went to buy a new car, found out it had 139 miles on it after I signed the papers. Had to wait over an hour for the financing department to hand over a check. It turns out it wasn’t the model with remote s after I signed the papers. Had to wait over an hour for the financing department to hand over a check. It turns out it wasn’t the model with remote start and blind spot monitoring, my mistake. I feel like the salesperson could have done a better job making sure this was the right car for me. My fault for not test driving it. The rear inside window was really dirty. More
