This is almost as long as they have been in business. Most recently, on August 20, 2010, I purchased my 300S model which is performing flawlessly. It is the best driving, best looking, best equipped and most comfortable vehicle I've owned yet. I drove my 1999 300M from Hayes until purchasing my 300S last year and the 300M was in mint condition with 104,000 miles. I have continuously used Hayes' service on my vehicles and totally rely on the service personnel to keep my car in top shape, which they have done. The general view is that servicing at dealerships is to "expensive" to use. I have always found Hayes to be very competitive. I buy all my tires there as well as perform all oil changes and 100% of any mechanical work or body repair. I have always been pleased with the purchasing experiences, and I have had quite a few. Most recently, Bob Hughes in Sales made the experience a pleasure again. Hayes Chrysler has so much going for it and every day they provide their customers the benefits and pleasures of dealing with a family business that truly cares about their customers. More
