This dealership is very welcoming and the workers there are so fond of being of service to others. There was a couple hiccups in the process, but it wasn’t terrible to the point of dissatisfaction. I worked with Ford Motor Co and Mazda dealers for 28 years and can honestly say that Mazda of Elk Grove has the best Customer service I have ever seen. Jaik Willmon in sales went above and beyond in ma years and can honestly say that Mazda of Elk Grove has the best Customer service I have ever seen. Jaik Willmon in sales went above and beyond in making sure we were 100% satisfied. He scheduled a service for a tiny problem we had after picking up our used 2019 Ford Flex and working with Billy in the service department got the vehicle completely fixed the first time. Everyone in the process from the service drive to the cashier was very friendly. The waiting area is very comfortable and has snacks too. I will be a Mazda of Elk Grove customer when we are ready for our next car/or SUV. More
