Brought my car for a door lock issue that took me calling in after a week to check on part status. Part was in 3 days but they didnt have a correct number on file which I thought it was corrected at my oil c in after a week to check on part status. Part was in 3 days but they didnt have a correct number on file which I thought it was corrected at my oil change appointment. Luckily I had the service advisor’s number saved in my phone. 7:00am appointment set up was told job should only take a few hours-no problem. After numerous calls to check status was told at 12:30 the mechanic was half way through and after he has lunch it should be ready by 3:00. 3:30 car should be ready by 5:00! So my 7:00 appointment basically was an all day drop off appointment! Should have been told that when I originally set up appointment so I could of made arrangements to have access to a vehicle. Upon pick up found a door part (rubber door stopper?)on the floor! Did know go back in to bring to their attention because I was already frustrated by the whole day. More
