When I first arrived, I felt like the service garage was a little confusing to find. There were signs, but they were next to the jeep portion which confused me. After I found out where to go, I had a great a little confusing to find. There were signs, but they were next to the jeep portion which confused me. After I found out where to go, I had a great experience. Tyler Leopizzo was so nice and so helpful. He greeted me warmly and had nice general conversation. He explained the options that were likely to be the issue with my tire, and gave me approximate pricing that was accurate. The waiting area is a bit dated but it was fine. The chair selection wasn’t very good. I got a text with a video of what was found during the servicing that explained what was going on which I really appreciated. It was an easy checkout. I will be back with all my service needs for the foreseeable future. More
