I had an appointment at 7:30 am and arrived slightly early. As the time reached closer to 7:30 there were quite a few cars waiting which automatically had me thinking the start up process would take a w early. As soon as 7:30 hit about 5 associates came and assisted everyone. I was assisted by Mario Rodriguez and he helped me get everything done in a timely fashion before it started raining so thank you. Needed service on our 2020 KIA Sportage and to take care of a recall ticket. We worked with Mario Rodriguez at the service center to schedule and handle the work. Have to say that Mario is one of the most customer oriented service personnel I have ever worked with; prompt and efficient in keeping us informed of the work. Parts needed to be ordered before the work could be completed and Mario stayed right on top of it to make it happen .... and proactively keep us informed. More

My vehicle gear shift was locked on my 2020 Telluride. The windows, door locks, trunk, wipers and several other components didn’t work. I took it in to determine the problem and after troubleshooting it w The windows, door locks, trunk, wipers and several other components didn’t work. I took it in to determine the problem and after troubleshooting it was determined that rodents had damaged the harnesses. Mario Rodriquez and the Service Manager Steve was able to provide me a loaner while they made the necessary repairs. They were diligent in keeping me posted along the way.
