Even before I set foot in the dealership, she was amazing at communicating over text—taking the time to explain everything and answer all my questions without any pressure to stop in first. What I appreciated most was that the entire process was completely stress-free with no endless back-and-forth. Even after driving off the lot, Marilyn has been following up via text every few days just to make sure everything is going smooth with the new car.
