Service center was good. Customer service at the dealership was awful. While Waiting for my car I went to look for a new car to replace my lease which is almost up. I walked Customer service at the dealership was awful. While Waiting for my car I went to look for a new car to replace my lease which is almost up. I walked around for 30 minutes looking in windows and reading car signs and was never greeted. I finally went for inside and asked for help and was told I would need to make an appointment to discuss my lease or to even talk to someone about a new car. Meanwhile employees crowded the desks and ignored me. I guess I will be returning my lease and finding somewhere else to shop for a car. Maybe I won’t need to make an appointment to ask a question. The service department is the worst I've ever encountered. I literally had to argue that I had a recall multiple times just to get scheduled way over a month out. For an airbag issue, this is encountered. I literally had to argue that I had a recall multiple times just to get scheduled way over a month out. For an airbag issue, this is absolutely unacceptable! I hate this dealership and hate their whole process. I'm considering another VW purchase but I'll never give this s hole dealership a penny. More
