MY sales person ,Margie Mcquillin was exceptional.She has something most sales persons lack.Her,ability to LISTEN to her customer .This allows,her to understand their needs in a vehicle.I find this is the is key for a good experience .She was never pushy, insulting or discounting in what I felt was needed in the car I wanted.She went beyond to find just that car.The " negotiating "process there was smooth.I came prepared she realized that and respected it. She took the time to explain in simple and great detail the various options for purchase and lease .This was crucial to finding the best path for me.Once the car was leased she took the time again as she had when she initially demonstrated the model.This time,it was more in-depth .It was professionally and patiently done.She never skipped anything or said ,"remember I told you that before."Her knowledge of the vehicle inside and out was,exceptional.She emphasized she will be there even after the sale should I need anything .This was,no lip service I called her about something she was readily available.She also has made follow up calls to be sure everything was going smoothly.If car dealerships had more "Margies"then purchasing or leasing a vehicle,would be so much more appealing . I do have to include Tyler Karalunas too.He was so down to earth with his part of the financial end.Anyone could understand this very confusing area if he was involved. I do also have to thank Sean Von Poppe for taking the time in giving me "homework" so I could make a decision on trim levels. I confused myself a little before after talking to Margie and was researching a lot .Margie was off and I just popped in.What he did was very helpful. All and all a great experience. Keep it up toyota division Motorworld!! More
