Dishonest, misleading, mischaracterizing, disrespectful Had I known the unprofessional and down-right disrespectful treatment I would experience at this “dealership”, I would never have gone. MotorWorld Toy Had I known the unprofessional and down-right disrespectful treatment I would experience at this “dealership”, I would never have gone. MotorWorld Toyota turned what should have been an incredible, exciting experience of buying my first new car into a nightmare through dishonesty, misleading statements, mischaracterization, and an eagerness to say anything and everything to cram me into a car I never considered by falsely billing it as my choice but better. But since, having experienced the lack of post-purchase communication or general level of care, coupled with this so-called “certified” used car needing adjustments and mechanic visits within a month, I realized that they did not have my best interests in mine, just to chew me up and spit me out. At this “dealership”, you are prey being lured in by misleading bait. I wouldn’t wish my (ongoing) experience (including getting them to give me the time of day trying to contact them) on my worst enemy. More
