My experience through Nissan was the absolute worst I have ever received. I was strung along for weeks and my issue was never fully resolved. They completed work that I specifically told them not to, and have ever received. I was strung along for weeks and my issue was never fully resolved. They completed work that I specifically told them not to, and therefore I was charged hundreds more than I was quoted in the first place. I have contacted, left voicemails, and spoke with people over the phone who said they would resolve my issue and they never called back. So the only way I seem to be able to get in touch with someone to share my experience is when they message me on Christmas Day(!!!!!!) to fill out a survey regarding my experience. I will not be returning to this dealership to have the rest of my services completed, and will be filing with the BBB. More

Do not I repeat do not buy from this place!!! I have had to contact a attorney to get this matter handled. I bought a 2018 from them!! 3 weeks of having it found a big rust spot on top. Didn’t notice at the to contact a attorney to get this matter handled. I bought a 2018 from them!! 3 weeks of having it found a big rust spot on top. Didn’t notice at the time of purchase because it’s a suv until we started to wash it on top took a pic and called them took them a month to contact be back left message and everything finally got a call back. Was told we won’t fix because they said they don’t know if I did it or it was there when I bought it. You could tell it was there when I bought it. Rust come on had it only 3 weeks. So finally month in a half later arguing back-and forth. She calls and says we will fix it but you have to get your own rental to drive. So this past Thursday I head out to Texas husband is in hospital the car starts going crazy on interstate almost got hit by semi with my kids in car. I get off the exit thank God a Chevrolet dealership right there so the mechanic said the wiring is bad they should have never sold this car to you he said so I called the dealership they told me to come in and they would put me in another car I get there this past Saturday ok I went to test drive a white Dodge Journey Dodge journey take notice right before this they told me they didn’t put cars on the lot to sell that hasn’t be certified check e. So I get in the Dodge Journey push the button to start it. Came on and I asked the sells Associate associate you hear that he said get out it’s knocking ok so I found something I liked they said after about and hour they couldn’t get me in it ok so they went in didn’t see them for a while said ok well we tried another deal it fell through they said I said what deal he tried to put me in a brand new car that he didn’t even asked me if I liked it. Well I left went home called all week this week note my husband is in hospital can’t get to him because they won’t help me get into a car so they told me they could get me in a rouge they knew I didn’t like them until I found rouge I liked well finally 7 last night I get a call saying they couldn’t get me in one but when I told them I didn’t like it they could get me in it then because they thought I didn’t like it that’s why they said they could .they wanted another dose payment I just gave them one for this death trap they put me in !!! They just wanted to make another Commission thats what I feel. Well today I text the lady Margaret I have been dealing with and let them know I have got attorney and I would be protesting in front of there dealership. The general manager called me The general manager called me today and said bring the car back I will buy it back from you he said and you can go down the road the exact words from him I was recording the whole time and I asked him to repeat his self he said just come and see me he said he knew I was recording him after he realized that he ask me to come in and talk to him note I have been dealing with this place for 4 months since I bought the car never once the General manager called me to help me I even met him out in the parking lot Saturday when I went to look for a new car and when he heard my name he just drove off in his golf cart. This dealership is TERRIBLE . I’d rate ZERO stars if i could. Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever received. I do not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from this dealership. The service adv could. Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever received. I do not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from this dealership. The service advisor tracy is Very Rude and Very Fake as well as the service manager bill. They dont care. She is so sarcastic & plays this “nice” role while speaking to you with a smirk on her face. As if something is funny! On June 6th i purchased a brand new .. yes 2020 BRAND NEW NISSAN ALTIMA SR from this dealership. 6 days after I purchased the vehicle my tie rod snapped & had wheel axel damage. $3,000 in damage on a car that doesnt even have 1,000 miles on it. I immediately had my car towed to landers & here we are almost 2 months later and my car is STILL there. Not only am i making payments on a vehicle i dont even have in my possession but they seem to just not care at all about me & take their sweet time. Why should they care? It isnt them or they’re vehicle. I contacted Nissan Corporate about this problem and they launched an Investigation they stated would take 6-12 weeks. Wow! They told me to speed the process up i should file a claim through my insurance (which i did) it was approved. Nissan corporate stated they would reimburse my insurance if it was found to be a Nissan Defect in the tie rod. My vehicle is STILL at landers un fixed. Now they state that they cannot repair my vehicle UNTIL nissan is done with the investigation. No one knows what the xxxx their talking about!! I called nissan corporate to inform them that i only followed orders from them. They told me to file a claim because it would be MUCH faster to receive my vehicle, but now although my insurance would pay.. they suddenly cant touch it? They dont care about you!! I was poorly treated!! Absolutely NOBODY is on my side! No one seems to care about me or my situation i am APALLED. i thought i was doing myself a favor by trading in my car & purchasing a BRAND NEW VEHICLE as a gift to myself ... but i was better off with my old car! Im so sad im going through this & i do not know what else to do. These people are crooks, rude, selfish, grimey, NASTY and flat out ONLE CARE ABOUT A SALE. it is now july 10th... STILL NO CAR. i call almost everyday and go to the dealership and hear the same thing (we are waiting on nissan to complete the investigation) but when i called Gary, the nissan adjuster who came out to inspect my vehicle, he states the investigation is complete & they should have been working on my car. Just a mess. Nobody knows what they are talking about and everyone gives me nasty attitude as if they dont give a xxxx. i’ve had it with these people. Lesson learned, NEVER BUY FROM LANDERS MCLARTY NISSAN!!Traci, b**** you are rude!!!And if you are going to treat people the way you do , find a new profession because one dealing with angry people just isnt for you!!! I am taking this to the BBB, and any other social platform where i am able to write a review. My story will be heard! How i was treated & how long this is taking is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. you guys know this is dead wrong! According to margaret the customer relations specialist & willie the dealership manager, they claim they will pay half of my $500 Deductible, but lets see if that is actually true IF AND WHEN i get my vehicle back. I wouldnt be suprised if it wasnt! The rental i have has to go back & here i am stuck without a car, today June 9th i went to the dealership for maybe a 3rd of 4th time since my vehicle has been there & REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO THE SERVICE MANAGER. I sat from 4:30-6 and was told BIll was to busy & couldn’t speak with me. TRACY, yes the nasty rude lady saw me sitting there for almost 2 hours and waited until the very last minute to come tell me that. So no, i left without speaking to ANYONE REGARDING MY VEHICLE! Nobody wants to talk to me... they all avoid me & give me the run around. They think its funny. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. I am 26 years old , young, and worked my xxx off for this car. i didn’t deserve to be treated this way! Regret coming here More

They sent me to their sister dealership for a quote for repair and have been ghosted... The repair cost was $700. I suppose that was too much to ask to make a repeat customer happy. And I will not suggest any of the Landers McLarty group because if 1 dealership will treat a person like this I assume they all will..... The sales person I dealt with told me well you did purchase a used vehicle what did you expect..... More

Disrespectful and poor business My wife had a bought a car from Landers Mclarty Nissan in Huntsville a couple years ago. She had been faithful with all of her services and to take them to be serviced. Since we’ve been married we’ve encountered different financial challenges including taking care of her dad who now lives with us and now we are expecting a little one. We had decided to sell her car as soon as we were able to. Landers Mclarty sent a letter to us stating that they had a shortage of my wife’s car and that they are buying back said car which is a 2012 Nissan Maxima. The letter didn’t have any dates or mention of when the event was to end. My wife called them on a Friday and spoke with a salesman telling him that we were interested in selling our car back to them as stated in the letter. The salesman affirmed everything that the letter stated and told her to come by the next day anytime before they closed and that he would send the information for the “appointment.” He never did email her the information as he said he would. So the next day I detailed the car and we took to the dealership and spoke with another salesman who proceeded to fill out an application. He then went to take it to the manager and eventually comes back to tell us we couldn’t be seen. And that the appraisers had left for the day. We drove 45 minutes in separate cars to be seen and they wouldn’t do as promised and they were not willing to make it right and in fact the manager disappeared. We were told we needed to make an appointment but their idea of an appointment is to call before your headed out to see them so that they could let the appraisers and management know. And so my wife did just that yesterday. She called them and spoke with somebody who told her she was able to come. They took her keys and everything but all they really cared to know is if we were going to buy another car. But since we were not interested in buying they decided they weren’t interested buying anymore either. This business is disrespectful in how they are handling their business. They are not upfront and honest about their offers. They were not willing to honor what they had sent out and the manager didn’t seem interested in making it right. It is poor customer service and bad management especially for business. How do they know we couldn’t possibly buy a car down the road and that we wouldn’t go to them? Not only would they have invested in themselves by buying back our car but also in us as future customers. Not only will we not be doing business with Landers Mclarty in future we won’t recommend them to anyone either. More

Second time I drove off lot and could tell the alignment was off.they had my car most of the day from 7 to 3. I called back and was Scheduled to come back saterday and had to Wait 2 and a 1/2 hours to get my car back. That's 3 times just to get alignment right. Makes me wonder what I payed for. When they had my car my vent visor on driver side was broken and I was told that they would fix it but when I came back in I was told that they could not do it but if I bought everything and put it on they would Reimburse me. If they can't do an alignment how am I to trust that I would get Reimbursed. Plus what about the time I wasted taking my car in 3 times. You pay for something that takes 3 time to get it right. More

Good and bad Last August I checked online all Nissan dealerships close to home. I found that Landers McCartney had an offer going which said you only had to come Last August I checked online all Nissan dealerships close to home. I found that Landers McCartney had an offer going which said you only had to come in and drive a vehicle to get a $25.00 Visa card. Since I was really interested in the Nissan Rogue, I went there. First of all, I was treated wirh respect, something you don't always get when you are a woman. I can't remember my salesperson 's name but he was nice . I never could get a real price on the vehicle because they wanted me to give them all my personal information so they could give me a price and an interest rate. Told them my fico was over 800 but still they wouldn't do it. I am not about to give my info to just anyone that I might not buy from. Asked about the visa card. It would be sent to me. SEVERAL phone calls later and promises that I will have it in 7 to 10 days, after 8 months. I still don't have it. Offers to get you in the door leaves a poor opinion of the dealership for me if they don't live up to the offer. Went somewhere else that didn't require my personal info. at first and Bought my 2017 Nissan Rogue there. More

The dealership lost the second key to the vehicle we purchased and flat out refused to make the situation right by replacing it. Instead they said we could purchase one at cost. 180 dollars! We just bought a $14,000 car and they couldn't even replace a key that they lost. They will not return calls and could care less about you once that sale is made Update- I was contacted by the customer care manager shortly after posting this review and she did correct this situation for me. I am glad that this was resolved but it should of never been escalated to this level More
