The dealership lost the second key to the vehicle we purchased and flat out refused to make the situation right by replacing it. Instead they said we could purchase one at cost. 180 dollars! We just bought a $14,000 car and they couldn't even replace a key that they lost. They will not return calls and could care less about you once that sale is made Update- I was contacted by the customer care manager shortly after posting this review and she did correct this situation for me. I am glad that this was resolved but it should of never been escalated to this level More
