My third time here was questionable. Dropped my Jeep off Friday at 8am and wasn’t looked at until Wednesday. I was told the repair would be covered, when I came back the next day it was not covered. I was told I needed an oil change I knew about that and was going to do it myself to save money, but when I was led the next day it was not covered. I was told I needed an oil change I knew about that and was going to do it myself to save money, but when I was led to believe the repair I initially came in for was going to be free I safe do the oil change. Then 2 hours later while I was away from the dealership I got a call telling me the price of the repair. Needless to say it was not covered anymore, I said we just do that instead of both, I was told the oil change was already done. They ended up working on my jeep for over 4 hours. When I finally got it back I was in such a hurry and the ventilation was on full blast I didn’t notice the gasoline smell. It was in my car for three days, and I had to clean up the water bottle and other trash left in my car along with having to clean up the grease that was on the center console. I also had asked as I knew it could possibly take up to 2 hours if I could borrow a loaner vehicle to run some errands while I waited. I was told no we don’t offer that, but we use uber. I had to wait over 40 minutes for the first uber. Then when I was ready to return calling the dealership to speak to the service agent to get a ride back I was told they could not find him but they would send him a message marked urgent. This is extremely unprofessional, I had to wait yet again another 30 minutes after calling and waiting 15-20 explaining to the receptionist that sending a message was not good enough. More

Marcous was great but overall I’ve had awful experiences at the dealership. The issues are never resolved and it took an hour and a half longer than I was told for a simple oil change and I missed my appoin at the dealership. I have to tow my car to the dealer. I didn't hear from Marcos for 3 or 4 days , then Josh and one of the manager took over my case, they did everything in their power to be sure my expe I didn't hear from Marcos for 3 or 4 days , then Josh and one of the manager took over my case, they did everything in their power to be sure my experience was good and my car waa repair.
