Went to Ron Tonkin Honda to test drive a car we’d seen online. Marco Greeted us at the door and we told him we were following up on a phone conversation we’d had regarding a certified preowned vehicle. Af online. After waiting for 25 minutes for The sales person we talked to on the phone (Who still was with a customer), we were helped by Nadia, Who arranged our test drive and helped us finalize the purchase of a 2019 Accord. She helped us get the best deal, and we really appreciated her willingness to negotiate for us. Nadia Is a down to earth, low–pressure sales person who was easy to get along with and very helpful. Jeff helped us finalize our deal, and he, too, was very low-pressure and fun to talk to. we walked out very happy! More
