Went in with no expectations. I was hesitant at first. Then the warranty came up. The numbers were good. They got straight to the point. They weren’t asking me personal questions. I was working with two other local(ish) Honda dealers to get a good deal on a specific trim level and color combo of the CRV Hybrid. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the emails and phone calls and pro get a good deal on a specific trim level and color combo of the CRV Hybrid. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the emails and phone calls and proposals and options. It was exhausting chaos. My husband said I should reach out to a third dealership so I picked up the phone and called Ron Tonkin. Marco picked up the phone and the rest was history! Within 24 hours, I was driving home in my new car. I had asked Marco for an out the door price on the vehicle I wanted. Very shortly after, I had it in my inbox and it was a great proposal that beat another dealer's proposal. The whole process was so EASY! Marco pulled the car for me and set up an appt for 1pm the next day. In the meantime, he sent me a couple things and asked me for a few things before the appt to get the ball rolling. The internet doesn't know me, but what you should know is that I absolutely love efficiency. And Marco was being super efficient. Anyways, I got to my appt and Marco took me out on the test drive I didn't really need but appreciated. He also spent time to help me with settings and getting my phone connected. Once we got back to the dealer, we went through some of the normal back and forth that was pretty painless and not too time-consuming. I was then handed off to Jeremy, a finance manager, who was also awesome. Then Marco took over and made sure my car was ready to go. The entire process took only 3 hours. Everyone at Ron Tonkin was genuinely nice, but I really have to highlight Marco, Jeremy, and (I think) the sales manager David. I didn't feel pressured at any point. I didn't feel like I was the target of slimy sales tactics. I felt like they honored what I wanted, didn't waste my time, and made sure I left a happy customer. To be honest, my experiences with several Honda dealers in the area were all quite positive, but Ron Tonkin really knocked it out of the park. Do you need a new/used Honda? Go see Marco. I promise you'll be happy you did! More
