Sales people who don't really care, waiting for hours, days, even weeks to get into something you can live with. We were crunched for time, and thank God we decided to go to Smith Haven Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We sat with J.P. Singh (one of the nicest people we have ever met) and discussed our options, found exactly what we were looking for on site and were in our new car the very same day!!
