On top of that, DCH had promotional deals that beat the other local dealers. The dealership is big, beautiful and newly remodeled. The team there were just wonderful. This was my first experience leasing a car and I couldn't be happier. I worked with Marc Ellison, a top notch professional, who has more knowledge and patience than anyone can ask for- not to mention a good sense of humor. He explained every aspect of leasing and guided me through the whole process seamlessly. Aside from Marc, I also want to thanks Luis Gonzalez, the business mgr, who consistently smiled with grace and patience while I slowly plowed thru the numerous financing forms. He listened to my complaints regarding the first visit and did everything in his power to retain us as customers and give us a good experience. From that moment forward, our experience with this dealer was nothing short of impressive. Everyone we worked with subsequently, through numerous phone calls and a second visit to purchase the car, was responsive, courteous, informative, patient and extremely helpful. We did purchase a new Prius at a good price and are very happy we did so.
