After 6 years I went back to Marc Ellison to lease a new car. I told him the features I wanted and in minutes he shower me a car that I ended up leasing. It’s always a pleasure dealing with DCH Toyota in Mamaroneck. This will be our 4th new Toyota that we purchased from this dealer. There are other dealers closer to where we live, but we always return to DCH for the friendly, no pressure atmosphere as well as their ability to deliver the car we want. Their sales and financing staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and a very fair in their practices. Marc Ellison took the time to answer all our questions, help us decide on the best options for our needs and ultimately find us the exact car that we wanted. Upon delivery, he explained all the features, answered all my questions and even hooked up my phone to the Bluetooth connection. Marc also drove my husband to the train station so he could get to work while I was getting acquainted with my new car. That's service! Luis Gonzalez was equally helpful with our financing and warranty questions. He took the time to break down all the numbers in several different scenarios and find the best fit of warranty and service items for our needs. We have serviced all our Toyotas at this dealer as well. They do excellent work, are extremely knowledgeable and always provide a great customer experience. We traded in our 2005 Sienna XLE Limited for the new 2013 Sienna Limited. Although, the old car had quite a few great features (NAV, DVD, JBL stereo, backup camera, etc.), the new model is even better! It has all of those features which are all improved, along with plenty of new and useful items including Bluetooth, folding side mirrors, memory seat adjustment, blind spot monitor, keyless driving, etc. I’m hoping to get another 8 trouble free years from this van as well! My previous car was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy. I had looked at four or five different brands of cars over a seven week period and was procrastinating about making a decision. I had test driven a Camry at a local Toyota dealer and liked it. Based on a recommendation, I went to DCH Toyota, where I met Marc Ellison. He was warm and friendly and promised to get me the car I wanted. It was the end of the year and I wanted to get the car before 12/31 to take advantage of 0% financing. Marc called and/or emailed daily to keep me up to date on his efforts to locate a car with the features that I wanted, in a color I wanted, which is sometimes difficult at the end of a model year. I picked up my car on 12/28. I'm not sure who was more enthusiastic about the car, me or Marc! Marc even called me the next day to see how I was enjoying the car. I was driving when he called and told him I loved it. Marc (and Luis, who handled most of the paperwork) made the whole car buying experience smooth and painless. I'm very glad I found DCH Toyota and would heartily recommend them. More
