Matt Rettinger was extremely knowledgeable about our car. . He seem to be well trained.... He took time before we left and explained all the car funtions and how they worked..... Matt went out of his way to make sure we found the car we wanted.. He communicated several times a week until the car I wanted was found.. Our finance director Jorden Mesenbourg was amazing.. with his kind ..upbeat personality..he explained everything in detail.. to where we could understand it and not once pressured us into anything.. He was so great to work with.. Everyone at the dealership was so kind, helpful and curtious.. We had a very relaxed and stress free experience..
