I made a appt to address a recall for a fuse. after arriving, i was told, that the fuse was not in stock and that i needed to come back next week. its a 55 mile round trip to come to your store. after arriving, i was told, that the fuse was not in stock and that i needed to come back next week. its a 55 mile round trip to come to your store. i'm amazed that you have to special order a SIMPLE little part for a recall item. i don't see the logic of wasting your time twice and my time twice. im betting when i return, there will be another excuse. Manny made the process so simple and easy! He explained everything, and had everything ready when we got there. We were in and out in less than an hour! We also worked with Jordan who was very knowledgeable and made signing very easy! He was honest and discussed options for warranty. Over all very pleased and happy with our new purchase and experience. I did receive a text from Alexandra Gomez that I was a little taken back by. She was nice at the dealership and showed me some of the technical details inside the car, but I got a text from hee regarding the survey where she screenshot every part of the survey and what I should respond with even writing out specifically to put "Alexandra Gomez was amazing and that's why I gave this score" and that if I can't put that on the survey to not do the survey at all because she loses her bonus...I thought that was a little unprofessional. We mainly dealt with Manny and Jordan and they were amazing. I have a friend who is looking for a Telluride that I will be sending your way!! More
