They offered me the same car and model with a price much higher than Toyota Direct (thousands more). When Mr Malek told me the price, First, I couldn't believe that. My first choice was a 4-cylinder, but later I decided to buy a Base 6-cylinder. They didn't have the 6V in Toyota Direct, Rich searched and promised me to bring for me in 2 days from another dealer and they did. I strongly recommend this dealership and especially Malek and Rich. I literally decided to buy a car on a whim and must say that it was a fast and very efficient process! Perry was amazing on the finance end, Rich was great with the showing me everything about the car and that it was a fast and very efficient process! I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience with Rich Greenberg and Malek Abed the internet sales staff. The price quoted seemed reasonable given other quotes I received as well as research online. There was no pressure or last minute surprises. I had no contact with the regular sales staff so can't comment on that part of the business but I was very happy with my buying experience. More
