Sometimes in life you run across exceptional people, that's how I would describe the experience of buying a car with Malcolm. Attentive, Knowledgeable, and well-mannered would only begin to paint the picture of Malcolm. From the moment we were greeted by Malcolm to the time we drove away Malcolm went over and above and focus on us and our satisfaction. Malcolm and Ricky the car guru were able to answer all questions and provided great detail on the qualities of the 530i I was looking to purchase. No pushy sales. Finance officer respected my wishes to expedite covering all after market add ons since I wasn't interested in any. Out the door in 1 hour 55 minutes. Great work by the whole team. More

Malcom did an excellent as sales Carter, and Christina Gangapersaud, Ricky Rodriguez, and the rest of the BMW of Ocala team on our new car purchase. Malcom did an excellent as sales agent. He was very professional, polite and attentive to our needs throughout the process. Kevin checked many times to ensure we were well taken care of. Christina was very efficient with all the financial, warranty, and licensing and registration matters, and was quick to process a change we requested after the sale. Ricky did a great job explaining how all the automated systems worked and made settings tailored to our needs and preferences. Overall, the best car buying experience we've ever had. More
