I took my Armada to Cherokee County Nissan for service and a recall, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. Devin and Mak were beyond helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. Th and a recall, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. Devin and Mak were beyond helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. They arranged valet service to drop me off and pick me back up, which made the whole process seamless. When I returned, my vehicle was washed, ready, and waiting for me. I would definitely recommend Cherokee County Nissan to anyone looking for great service and an overall excellent experience with their Nissan. More

Oil leaking after oil change,undershields missing retainers and falling down.Fluids not topped off,tire pressures not adjusted.Had to bring the vehicle back to have issues corrected and requested the retainers and falling down.Fluids not topped off,tire pressures not adjusted.Had to bring the vehicle back to have issues corrected and requested the service that was performed to be rechecked,the shields cleaned and reinstalled properly. I purposely did not mention that the washer fluid was not topped off to see how well it was rechecked. Well the washer fluid obviously was not rechecked because it was not topped off.When I mentioned it to Mak my service advisor he looked up from his cell phone and very rudely asked “What do you want me to do,top it off For you right now?” To avoid any further confrontation I just left. On my drive home I noticed all my tires were now overinflated.There was no apology for the substandard service or the inconvenience it caused. In my 34 years as.a Service advisor if I had treated a customer the way Mak Dean treated me I’d have lost my job !! More
