1st of all let me start out saying I've three vehicles that I've bought at cherokee Co nissan. I have all work done at their service deptartment. Normally I deal with Bobby in the service department , that I've bought at cherokee Co nissan. I have all work done at their service deptartment. Normally I deal with Bobby in the service department , who is by far the best people person at Cherokee Nissan. He always called me and gives updates on the progess on my vehicle. and if there is a problem he explains in detail why and what happenes next. Like I said GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE . SO this is why I'm giving service adviser Makalen Dean 1 star { only because I cant leave a ZREO] I came about 3 weeks ago to get a oil change and to get a side camera looked checked out that wasn't working properly , he [Makalen] serviced my truck and tried to charge me for it .{Bobby was on vacation } I had to explain that I had a service plan that pays for this . He was able to find that and reverse the charge. then told me the camera was on back order and he would call me when it came in so they can install it, Well 18 days later I called back he said let me check . He said yes its here came in a week ago and he was never advised it was there , I said so if I hadn't followed up he would have never known? then set up a appointment for yesterday at 830 am. I dropped off my truck on Monday before 5 pm so it would be there first thing the next morning. I called around 1030 am and left a message to have him call me back . Which he NEVER did.... So, I drove by there and went in to find out the progress. Makalen said my vehicle wasn't ready, I said well no one called me back so I came up here, I said I dropped it off with you yesterday , he told me as he went to check on it that they Don't do drop offs before Appointments ! I had to explain that I had a appointment that he made for this morning , He came back and said it would be 2 MORE hours . so more than 6 hours for a 2 hour job?? Well enough with my rant I'm sure you see my point. As I walked out I told Bobby that I would never NEVER drop off my car with anyone but him . Makalen seemed to me {my opinion} that he truly didnt like his job . so Glad that yall have BobbyAustin someone that truly cares ... David Entrekin dke577@att,net More
