Justino was an excellent sales man. I had paid a deposit for an x1 in transit however before arrival my truck broke down so I had to use a rental car. I informed Justino about a week after when my vehicle still hadn’t arrived. He was able to find me another x1. He made time for me to come in that same day. I was able to purchase the vehicle that same day and drove out with my first BMW. Justino was very patient and informative. He made every effort to help me get payments within my target. Everyone I came in contact with at BMW of Tampa was professional and helpful. The finance guy Chase was also excellent. Sales manager Majed, was also prompt in responding to all my messages.
