Great Service Advisors! I once again had a great service experience. My advisor was Margaret. She checked me in and let me know about how long I would be there. She kept me informed and came to the lounge and got me as soon as the work was complete. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Margaret, Rob, and recently Kayla. All three are top notch and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and appreciated. They don’t over sell maintanence service or steer you to services that aren’t needed. Great group of advisors! More

Horrific! Maggie was professional and courteous. I have worked with Rolando Vargas and he is unprofessional and deceitful. He lied to me about the status of the Maggie was professional and courteous. I have worked with Rolando Vargas and he is unprofessional and deceitful. He lied to me about the status of the JEEP that I purchased. I have had to make numerous trips to the dealership to have repairs done. Initially, I was lied to several times by the service dept about the condition of my vehicle and given a horrific deal by the finance dept who conducted a bait and switch of the vehicle. I realize they have tried to clean the place up, unfortunately, I am stuck with a lemon due to lies from the previous team. So, I have nothing good to say about Eastchester. I would not recommend this place to my enemies! More
