Mark, Dom, and Madeline at Heritage Toyota made a possibly long and anxious day instead a painless and enjoyable experience. I found this dealership by sending out mass emails to dealerships in a drivable range. The sales manager Mark Eager reached out to me and was extremely helpful and professional. After a couple of days of trying to identify what I truly wanted in a vehicle, I had a phone call with Mark and we figured out a deal that worked for both of us. Mark turned my information over to a salesman Dom Brown. I had such a good experience with Mark, I was nervous to complete the purchase with someone else. Dom elevated the experience even further. It was the exact deal Mark and I had gone over. I legitimately enjoyed my experience there. Dom was a great guy and very informative. Finance manager Madeline Schuetz finished the process with me and was also great. I met one it two other employees that helped in small areas and they were also very kind. Overall I couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend them. More

Zach was very helpful, was talking to him about a Highlander Hybrid for about a month and a half before placing a deposit on one. Zach and Wayne, were very helpful finding everything we needed and got it to us quick. Zach gave us updates on the vehicle every couple of days so we knew when it was arriving. When we got in, it was a quick and easy experience and was able to set up our phones and go over everything that was needed. Zach went above and beyond, where some people would not follow up as he did. Showed he cared and wanted to help us. Will definitely be referring Zach to other people who are in the market More
