Trying to get anyone in the service or finance departments to return a phone call.. you can forget that!! It won’t happen!! Seriously that absolute worst customer service experience we have ever had in all of our years of buying cars. This was the first time we have ever been in a position to pay cash and should have been super excited.. they took that away!! Need major improvements here folks!! More

This experience was not a good one. Price haggling, them trying to sneak a warranty in when I expressed not wanting one, and then selling me a 2 year old certified vehicle that was ridd Price haggling, them trying to sneak a warranty in when I expressed not wanting one, and then selling me a 2 year old certified vehicle that was riddled with problems without telling us. It was in their service department for a week when we first bought it because of the problems it was having. While our sales person was very kind, Macon was the complete opposite and never once communicated with us even after he made those empty promises. This dealership seems to be in serious need of new management. More
