I really appreciate the service from Mackenzie and most of my experience has been positive. However, my old mechanic just retired and in my two visits to the dealership since I've had an issue each time. of my experience has been positive. However, my old mechanic just retired and in my two visits to the dealership since I've had an issue each time. After my first visit there was loud screaching from the front driver tire after a brake job. There was no noise before the visit. Maybe related maybe not but I got charged to fix the issue. Now on my most recent visit my emergency brake is no longer functional because it fell apart during some part of the service. It worked when I went in. I don't use this often so not a big deal but still annoying enough that my next service appointment will be elsewhere. More
