Things seem to have changed this past year. Tried to check on my Jeep 3 times during the day and could not get through--got very frustrated at the snippy person who did answer. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:15 and it was not ready until 5:00. If I had known they wouldn't get to it until around 3ish I could have had my vehicle most of the day instead of being stuck at home. MacKenzie was my service person and she is always awesome. The people who worked on my vehicle are great too. The systems seems to have broken down in between. The last two times also someone has come into the waiting room to let me know that my vehicle needs something else--always around $115-$120 extra. I just don't feel comfortable with that--that I am being taken advantage of. I left feeling rather put out and rethinking where I will purchase my next vehicle. More
