I have been coming to Webb Hyundai for about 5 years now, purchased 3 cars, and all have been serviced here. At this last service we received no communication about what was going on with the car, what it ne purchased 3 cars, and all have been serviced here. At this last service we received no communication about what was going on with the car, what it needed, or how long it would take. Although everything was resolved, we never received any communication. I wasn’t even told that the car was ready to be picked up. Also recvieved some attitude when we dropped off the car and the man was rude. Have never had this experience before so this was very disappointing. More
