First scheduled service for my wife's new 2014 Venza. This was our first scheduled 6 month service for her new Venza. The appointment time was 10:00 am and we were met by the service technician when we pu This was our first scheduled 6 month service for her new Venza. The appointment time was 10:00 am and we were met by the service technician when we pulled up. He explained everything that would be done, took our cell phone number and sent us up to the VIP lounge. The receptionist which gave us a buzzer that would call us when it was finished. Right expected time we received both a cell phone call and the buzzer went off telling us it was ready. There was no charge and was included in the warranty. More

I set an appointment and was seen and serviced as soon as I arrived. Mr Moses Brown was very courteous and helpful. I was in for my 20,000 check. This was an overall top-notch experience from start to finish. Beginning with the phone call to schedule service, Moses was very helpful and accommodating. I took my vehicle in late in the day for service the following day, and I expected to be without a vehicle most of the next day. However, I received a call early the next morning and was able to retrieve my vehicle before noon and be on my way. Thanks for such great service! Moses Brown was very courteous and helpful. He greeted me very well by asking what are we having done today on your vehicle. I told him exactly what I needed. Also, he checked the system to see what oth me very well by asking what are we having done today on your vehicle. I told him exactly what I needed. Once, my car was inspected he suggested some things I needed to have service and/or repaired. Moses overall customer service is always excellent when I bring my car in. More
