My experience with Frisco CDJR was better than expected. When I arrived there (with no appointment) the staff was quick to get me with someone who could help. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and pr When I arrived there (with no appointment) the staff was quick to get me with someone who could help. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and professional. In about an hour, the sales team put together a solid deal, I respectfully said I needed to shop around for a few more days, and if he had the best offer, he would earn my business. The salesman understood and there were no high-pressure sales tactics used as I walked out. After 10 days of searching there was no other dealer in 200 miles that could put a better deal together. That is how Frisco CDJR earned my business. More

The level of service here is like no other dealership I’ve ever been to. I was in and out in 3 hours which is crazy! The only thing that was a miss, I leased the Wrangler 4xe and the battery was at 0% wh I’ve ever been to. I was in and out in 3 hours which is crazy! Minus a few crickets here and there 🤣, the building was immaculate...including the bathrooms! It's the small things that make a huge impact sometimes! Even my 5 year old son had a blast, staff interacted with him in a very pleasant fashion. It was great! I will definitely recommend and return for future purchases! More

If you need a vehicle, new or used, go see Lyon Alizna and Sean Cabutage! Sean is one of the finance guys and he is awesome! 😁 I admittedly have some hiccups on my credit, but they were able to get me o and Sean Cabutage! Sean is one of the finance guys and he is awesome! 😁 I admittedly have some hiccups on my credit, but they were able to get me out of a bad situation with my current vehicle and into a vehicle that I absolutely LOVE!! Car salesmen as a whole get a bad rap...but Lyon was awesome from the very first interaction. 😃 He was informative and not pushy AT ALL! You can tell that Lyon truly loves what he does and he cares about his customers! Another little tidbit I noticed... during my appointment, a previous customer of Lyon's brought his parents in to look for a vehicle. Instead of having them wait for him or have them come back to deal with him exclusively, he essentially gave a new customer to one of his coworkers! To me, that speaks volumes to Lyon's character and confidence in his own capabilities! Not to mention, the confidence he has to have in his coworkers to trust that they will properly take care of the family of his customers! Lyon and Sean are like part of the family now! 🤣 💕 Thanks again guys! More
