I brought my vehicle in for its oil change and tire rotation. The interaction during the check-in process was nice and fairly seamless. However, during my visit, I told Luis there was a problem with my rotation. The interaction during the check-in process was nice and fairly seamless. However, during my visit, I told Luis there was a problem with my left blinker, and my vehicle is under a bumper-to-bumper warranty. He indicated he would check it out. When I got ready to leave, he said there was nothing wrong with it. I tried to show him a picture of the error message I had been receiving. He said it didn't matter unless they could replicate the issue there they could not work on my vehicle. As a result, I had to contact the service manager to get my issue resolved. More

I miss Jeremiah and the VIP concierge style, can do attitude he gave Corvette Club members. Too soon to tell whether Luis will replace him. He was very helpful but I don’t sense the same level of ser attitude he gave Corvette Club members. Too soon to tell whether Luis will replace him. Service area changes have made me feel very uncomfortable. Employees seem to feel on edge, stressed, and not appreciated now. This is a huge negative contrast to the way Stingray was running ba uncomfortable. Employees seem to feel on edge, stressed, and not appreciated now. This is a huge negative contrast to the way Stingray was running back in 2016 when I bought my car, and my father has purchased several vehicles. I have personally experienced terrible attitudes from what I was told is "upper management" in Sales, finance, and service. And any attempt to get to even speak to the owner, is totally BLOCKED! It definitely makes customers feel like we are only dollar signs, and not respected or appreciated. More

Every visit I've made to Stingray Chevrolet has been a pleasant experience. The personnel there are friendly and helpful. Sales and Service personnel are top notch and will offer complete answers to any q pleasant experience. The personnel there are friendly and helpful.
