My first oil change (3100 miles) was finished in a timely manor. But, waited 3 hours for a brake rotor problem, for them to tell me the parts are not in stock & back ordered..?! Over 3 hours waiting & ( 2 hour round trip drive ). While making the appointment speaking with (a nice Lady) requesting to speak with service pre my appointment day... after requesting to speak w service (i had questions about the car acting up & weather to do the 7500 mi service early) about other things/problems, seperate from the oil change. I was told twice I would have to speak w service righter while checking in my Z06. I just wanted the dealership to be prepared for my visit and have no surprises. A total waisted 5.5hour of the day.. VERY DISAPPOINTED..!! They will call me when the new rotors ship. More
